We provide airline representation and ground supervision services to airlines and aircraft operators.
Our service can be engaged for scheduled, cargo or charter flights on an ad hoc basis or as part of a longer-term commitment. Our priority is always Safety first followed by On-time performance and Service (SOS).
Our station supervision team has 24 years’ experience in landside and airside operations and our services include supervision agents and crew handling.

Airline Representation
Our station supervision team has 24 years’ experience in landside and airside operations and our services include supervision agents and crew handling.
VVIP Handling
We specialise in handling VVIP clients from the time they arrive to the time they depart. This includes a VVIP service at the airport and use of the VVIP terminal (where applicable).
Arrivals
- Passenger/s met at aircraft (if authorised by local airport authority)
- Escorted directly to arrivals baggage carousel, or first through passport control
- Baggage identified and transported through customs
- Escort VVIP to means of transfer
Departures
- Guest/s will be met curb side with porters if requested
- Escorted to the appropriate check-in desk
- Once check-in completed, guests use fast-track security channel and VIP lounge (where applicable). They will be accompanied appropriately
- Once aircraft ready to board, client will be escorted to gate and ensure smooth boarding.
Personal security can be provided upon request. Safety is of paramount importance to our clients and we strive to provide this as part of our VVIP handling.
Supervision Agents
- Supervision of all front-line activities to ensure SLAs are adhered to
- Passenger handling including Passengers with Reduced Mobily (PRMs)
- Supervision of all ramp activities to ensure safety, security, punctuality and accuracy
- Flight Crew Briefing including NOTAMs, flight plans and weather

Crew Handling
Our vast experience in the industry working with various airlines provides us with experience of different airlines and crew requirements.
As part of our crew handling we offer the following services:
- Crew hotel accommodation
- Crew transportation – transfers
Private Charters
Our Private Charter service covers handling of ad-hoc private charter flights with the utmost discretion. Provision of extra security can also be provided upon request.
As part of our private charter service, we can also:
- Organise use of the VIP terminal
- Arrange aircraft catering
- Assist with customs, immigration and baggage clearance
- Our service ensures an efficient aircraft turnaround in line with ICAO safety regulations.

Cargo Handling
Our Cargo Handling service ensures that all the required cargo documentation is in place and cargo is prepared and ready to be loaded/offloaded in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods procedures.
We move our client’s cargo from A to B efficiently and effectively with tracking updates on its progress throughout the trip. Our services include:
